Gari is an international speaker, author, podcast host, and dedicated President of The Vine Uganda. Renowned for her passion, authenticity, and desire to connect deeply with audiences- Gari has spent decades inspiring individuals across the globe, sharing messages that uplift, challenge, and transform.

Gari worked in education both as a teacher and as a national consultant for the Public Education Business Coalition before entering full-time ministry as an author and speaker. After her first trip to Uganda in 2010, she sensed a stirring for global ministry and co-founded The Vine Uganda in 2013. She believes that all voices, when fueled with passion and faith- can spark movements, change narratives, and offer hope to those who need it most.

Gari has been married to former NY Yankee Bobby Meacham for over forty years, and together they have three children and four beautiful grandchildren. When not in Uganda, Gari calls Houston her home.
