Will and his wife, Shawna, married in 2003 and have been blessed with five children. Since stepping into full-time ministry in 2006 in Hendersonville, North Carolina, they have faithfully followed God’s leading—from youth ministry and missions at Hendersonville Church of Christ, to serving five years among the Banyankole people in Mbarara, Uganda, before returning to the U.S. in 2016 to support aging parents. That same year, Will became Small Groups Pastor and Teaching Pastor at Parkway Fellowship in Katy, Texas, where God further grew his leadership and preaching. During this time, Will and Shawna connected with Gari Meacham and The Vine Uganda, and their passion for the ministry deepened. In October 2023, Will accepted the role of U.S. Executive Director of Truly Fed Ministries / The Vine Uganda.
